Claude-based coding agents explore the codebase, implement changes and run tests. Planning, implementation and verification are split across separate agents, and verification runs independently so no agent approves its own work.
Our CEO owns requirements, design decisions, judgments about customer data and security, and the final review. Agent output ships only after it has been checked on the real screen or API response.
Every change goes through a GitLab merge request, and CI deploys it to our self-hosted servers. If health checks fail, the previous version is restored automatically and we are notified.
Client requests come in through a dedicated portal and become tracked issues. AI drafts a reply and a person reviews it before it is sent, so requests no longer get lost in chat threads.

bizcore LAB (비즈코어랩) is an AI-native software studio founded on January 5, 2026 in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea. We plan, build and operate web services, admin systems and workflow automation for small businesses and startups.
Our founder and CEO, Juyoung Kang, leads design and engineering directly. Most of the coding, testing, review and deployment work is done together with Claude-based coding agents: people own the requirements, the design decisions and the final review, while agents and automation handle the repetitive work.
